Sites, equipment and tags are unlimited on every plan, and so is printing. Charge per sticker and a tech starts wondering whether that disconnect is worth tagging. A half-tagged building is worth far less to everyone than a fully tagged one.
Tag the panel. Tag the water heater. Tag the thing you are not sure matters. The next person out there will thank you, and it does not move your bill.
You pay when you add a van, not a database row
The only thing that grows your invoice is technician seats, and seats track what you already think of as growth. A one-van shop that tags 400 homes in its first year stays on Starter for all of them. When that shop hires a second and a third tech, it moves up because the business got bigger, not because a counter somewhere hit a limit.
Your customers never need a seat. They scan and submit without an account, so a thousand store managers cost you nothing.
Every plan will ship with tags
When we set you up, heavy-duty outdoor tags come in the box: 50, 100 or 250 depending on the plan, printed and ready to stick on. You will not be hunting for label stock before you can start, and printing more yourself is free at any time, on any plan.
Questions
Do you charge per site or per piece of equipment? No. Both are unlimited on every plan, on purpose.
What counts as a seat? Anyone who signs in: office staff, dispatchers and field technicians. Seats are reassignable, so when a tech leaves you hand the seat to their replacement.
What if I need one more tech than my plan includes? Add a single seat for $120, $99 or $79 a year depending on your plan. No need to jump a whole tier for one person.
Is the feed chain limited on the cheaper plan? No. Full multi-level trees on every plan, from the utility feed down to the case. It is the reason a tech trusts the tag, so it is not something we hold back.
Can we pay monthly? Plans are annual. If that does not work for you, say so when you join the waitlist and we will sort something out.
Can we try it first? Yes. That is what the waitlist is for. When your turn comes we set up an account with your own equipment in it, so you walk a real site before you decide anything.
Can I sign up today? Not yet. We are onboarding in small groups so every account gets set up properly. Join the waitlist and we will come to you.
